1. How to Request Deletion
If you would like ACCESSA to delete personal information associated with your enquiry, recruitment application or communication with us, please send a request to:

2. Information to Include
To help us identify the relevant information, your request should include, where applicable:
Your full name
The telephone or WhatsApp number associated with your enquiry
Your email address
A brief description of the information or enquiry you want deleted
We may need to verify the request before processing it in order to protect personal information from unauthorised deletion requests.
3. What Happens After Your Request
ACCESSA will review your request and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable requirements.
Where deletion is permitted and appropriate, we will delete or securely dispose of the relevant personal information from our active records.
Some information may need to be retained where required by law, regulation, contractual obligations, legitimate business requirements, dispute resolution or other applicable requirements.
4. Meta / Facebook Lead Information
If you submitted your information through a Meta/Facebook Lead Ad or another Meta-powered form, you may request deletion of the personal information received by ACCESSA by contacting us using the process above.
Your request should include the name and contact information used when submitting the form so that we can identify the relevant record.
5. WhatsApp Communications
If you have communicated with ACCESSA through WhatsApp and want us to delete personal information associated with those communications, you may submit a request using the same process.
Deletion may be subject to records that ACCESSA is legally or otherwise required to retain.
